Booking confirmation, scheduling, vehicle allocation, manpower planning, and service execution are subject to availability, operational feasibility, location access, weather, traffic conditions, and any applicable local restrictions.

Customers are responsible for sharing correct contact details, accurate item information, pickup and destination access conditions, and any special handling instructions required for smooth service planning.

Packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and optional unpacking are provided as per the booked service scope. Any service outside the agreed scope may involve additional charges depending on the requirement.

Customers must not include prohibited, illegal, hazardous, explosive, perishable, or restricted items in the shipment unless specifically disclosed and accepted in writing by the company.

Transit timing provided during enquiry or booking is an estimate and may be affected by operational, regulatory, route, safety, or force majeure conditions beyond the reasonable control of ShriJee Packers and Movers.

Any concern regarding visible damage, shortage, delivery condition, or service observation should be reported to the company as soon as reasonably possible along with booking details and supporting information.

Where insurance is separately taken, claims will be subject to the applicable insurer terms, policy conditions, documentation, survey process, and claim rules. Insurance availability does not automatically apply unless specifically arranged.
